is a founding Partner of the firm working at Los Angeles office. Olga specializes in corporate law, contract law, sale-purchase agreements, commercial and residential property lease, and also on immigration law for investors, businessmen and outstanding people. Most of her clients are international companies, corporations, tech start-ups, foreign investors, people with high income, private persons acting in multiple jurisdictions, creative professionals, professors, scientists, programmers, and also celebrities from entertainment business: musicians, composers, actors and producers. 

Olga Karasik presented at many conferences with lectures on legal topics and is an author of multiple legal articles.

Biography

Olga Karasik graduated from Law Faculty of Moscow State University in 1983. She was a member of Moscow District Attorney Association during 6 years. In 1986 she was admitted to represent clients at the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation. In 1996 she graduated from University of Chicago Law School. Olga Karasik also has a real estate broker license obtained back in 1999. In 2002 she was admitted to represent clients at the US Supreme Court.
